We’ve staggered our appointments and reorganized the treatment area.
Please take time to review these COVID-19 screening questions prior to arriving:
1. Have you returned from any overseas travel within the last 14 days?
2. Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
3. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?
If any of the above required criteria is not met please wait to book.
If you are feeling in ANY way unwell, please reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will be waiving our 24hr cancellation policy for the time being, but we do request that you give us minimum 5 hrs notice, so we can fill that spot. No shows will be charged for the missed appointment.
When you arrive:
•Every client will be required to wear a mask. We have some available, but feel free to bring your own if you have one.
•To minimize the number of people in the treatment room, we ask that you come alone to your appointment.
•We ask that you only bring essential items into the spa (e.g. phone, keys, payment) and consider leaving large bags and outerwear in your vehicle.
•You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering the door.
•You will be asked COVID-19 screening questions upon entering the door.
Sadly no tea service can be provided. Bottled water will be available for your comfort.
